The Furniture Practice (TFP) solves the headache for large companies of designing, sourcing and project managing the supply and installation of once furniture. They are the UK leader in their market niche, established for over 20 years.

What Challenges and Opportunities did they face?

TFP faced key challenges and opportunities: 

  • COVID 19. The pandemic caused a significant shock to the once furniture market, and resulted in a shift to home working. 
  • Global service provider. They faced the opportunity, with their larger clients, to offer a unique positioning of global service delivery, which would give them a significant lead in the marketplace.

Scale supported the team to respond to the situation, through: 

  • Pivot strategy. The business quickly mobilised to launch the first on-line platform for companies to allow team members to purchase once furniture for home use.
